• S: 28-30 inches (71-76 cm).
• M: 31-33 inches (79-84 cm).
• L: 33-36 inches (84-92 cm).
• XL: 36-38 inches (91-96 cm).

How to Measure

1. Stand with feet together.
2. Measure at the widest part of the hips.
3. Pull tape around hips, brushing across both hipbones.
